• KIDS’ MINISTRY COORDINATOR

  The Kids’ Ministry Coordinator supports the Kids’ Ministry Director in the weekly execution of City Life Kids. This role carries day-of leadership of Sunday morning operations, coordinates the classroom and volunteer experience, supports parent communication and event logistics, and helps maintain compliance with the church’s child protection standards. The Coordinator leads Sunday morning volunteers under the Director’s direction while reporting administrative and strategic decisions back to the Kids’ Ministry Director. This is a part-time position averaging 10 hours per week.

  • This is a part-time position averaging 10 hours per week. Regular hours include Sunday mornings, with additional time during the week for preparation, communication, and occasional events. Availability is required for major kids’ ministry seasons and events such as Vacation Bible School, Christmas, and Easter. Schedule may vary based on ministry rhythms and seasonal demand.

  • The Kids’ Ministry Coordinator reports directly to the Kids’ Ministry Director for all direction, priorities, and performance feedback. The Coordinator leads Sunday morning volunteers under the Director’s authority and coordinates with other ministry leaders as needed for shared events or family ministry initiatives.
