• PASTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP

  The Discipleship Pastor provides strategic and hands-on leadership for the discipleship life of City Life Church. This role owns the City Life Pathway —the church’s framework for moving people from exploring faith to making disciples—spanning the full journey from Encounter → Grow → Connect → Engage . The Discipleship Pastor oversees City Groups, learning environments (classes, Bible studies, CL Institute), men’s, women’s, young adult, and college ministries, membership and assimilation, care ministries, and contributes regularly to the teaching ministry of the church. This position reports directly to the Lead Pastor.

  • This is a full-time position. Regular hours include Sundays and flexibility for evening meetings, City Group visits, hospital visitation, and special events. Required work on holidays such as Easter and Christmas, with limited personal vacation during these times. Schedule may vary based on ministry demands.

• KIDS MINISTRY SUMMER INTERN
  The Kids Ministry Summer Intern will support the planning, execution, and leadership of City Life’s ministry to children ages infant-6th grade. This role includes assisting with Sunday programming, midweek activities, outreach events, and volunteer coordination . The intern will work closely with the Kids Ministry Director to ensure that City Life Church provides a welcoming and engaging environment for children and families.

  • This internship is designed as a developmental experience. Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, the intern will receive mentorship from the Kids Ministry Director, exposure to church-wide operations and leadership rhythms, and coaching in ministry philosophy, team leadership, and gospel-centered discipleship of children. Our goal is for you to leave this internship more equipped, more confident, and more clear on your calling.

  • Dates: June-July 2026 (exact dates flexible based on availability).

  • Hours: 10-15 hrs per week, including Wednesday nights, Sundays, and select events.
